Beautiful location close to everything, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was good. No complains at all, the venue met expectations, would be happy to recommend it.

Had a great stay during a vacation, everything was excellent. We booked well-kept and perfect room with a separate bedroom, fire place plus a double bed. The breakfast on the deck. Location: the hotel was close to the Lionshead gondola and beautiful mountain.

Unexpected comforts in a cozy stay

The pool area was a lovely spot to relax, complemented by beautiful surroundings. The staff was attentive.

Unfortunately, the parking cost was quite high, at $50. The layout of our condo was somewhat cramped, especially with additional guests.

The staff were accommodating, we had everything we needed for a great stay. The lack of hooks in the bathroom was somewhat inconvenient was nice.

An excellent location with easy access to attractions.

The condo was infuriatingly cramped for three guests! The bunk beds were stuffed in a closet. Plus, we couldn't even move around the bedroom. It was like a sardine can. Utterly disappointed and definitely not what we expected.

The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. One small thing was the decor could use an update, but it didn't take away from our enjoyable experience 😊

The condo was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Daily housekeeping provided really good service. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a day of work. The staff was very helpful, ensuring check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The hallways could use some modernization.

This family-friendly spot is ideally located a short walk to the slopes. Our room had a lovely view of the stream, and the pool was a fantastic way for the kids to unwind. The staff was super attentive.

My children wished for more hooks in the bathroom.

The heated outdoor pool was fantastic, and the staff were young and enthusiastic, always ready to assist.

A couple of amenities could be improved, like adding more hooks in the bathroom. It made towel organization a bit tricky.

We stayed in a Studio Suite for 2 nights, and it was cozy and clean. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the scenic balcony views overlooking the creek. It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen too. Just a couple minor issues-like the missing hair dryer-but the staff got one to us really fast. Pool area was great as well, with the sound of the creek below. It met our needs pretty nicely!

The studio flat I stayed in was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, clean facilities, and everything I needed for my work trip. Access to the laundry on-site was convenient, and the hot tubs provided a restful way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the courtesy shuttle to the local supermarket, made grocery runs easier.

The bathroom was quite cold and the shower had issues.
